We deliver it alongside your leaders and teams until it is part of how the business operates. Then we stay through adoption, until your people understand the new way of working, use it, and keep using it after we step back.
The team is small and senior by design, so the people who assess your plan are the people who help deliver it. When the work calls for a particular skill, we bring in specialists for it. Before anything is scoped, we look at where the transformation is stuck: the skills your people have, the structures around them, how they work together, and whether there is time and talent to execute.
Who leads the firm
Daniele Laratta founded JIM & Co. after a career spent leading change from the inside, as the senior leader responsible for making it hold.
In banking and financial services, he led large sales, operational and cross-functional teams through transformation in complex, regulated organizations. He has carried the kind of mandate our clients carry now, and he knows how often an approved plan stalls once it reaches the people who have to deliver it.
That experience shapes how the firm works. Daniele’s focus is taking apart business models that no longer fit and rebuilding them with the future in mind, alongside the teams who will keep them running. He also serves as a board director, with advisory and board roles in healthcare and the non-profit sector.
